Carrying pepper spray in Wisconsin is perfectly legal, however, Wisconsin does have a few regulations regarding the type of pepper spray you carry, such as:
Maximum concentration of 10% OC, or 1.2% MC.
Canister size must be less than 60g (2oz).
Conventional aerosol canisters only. Cannot be in a concealed canister such as a pen or lipstick.
