If you order a product that can not be shipped to your shipping address, and do not provide an alternate address within 2 business days of us contacting you, or decide to cancel because you did not completely read the laws which are clearly stated on our site, you will be charged a $20 re-stocking fee. 

We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.

All orders are sent UPS ground. After purchasing from our secure site, your order will be shipped within 24 hours on Self Defense Products.  Cameras and Surveillance equipment sometimes take a bit longer because we build them on-site.

SHIPPING IS FREE for all orders over $100.00 . A flat rate of $5.95 will be added to all orders under $100.00.

When your item is shipped, you will recieve a UPS tracking number so you can track your package as it go's through the UPS system. 

If your package is being delivered to a PO Box, it will automaticly be shipped US Mail, and you will NOT receive a tracking number, as this service is not provided by USPS.

*When paying with a credit card, your purchase will show on your statement as Supreme Defense
