- Pepper Sprays can NOT be shipped by any method other than GROUND

If you order a product that can not be shipped to your shipping address, and do not provide an alternate address within 2 business days of us contacting you, your order WILL be cancelled.
We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
Pepper Spray and Mace can ONLY be shipped UPS ground. If you are purchasing one of these items and upgrade your shipping options during checkout, we will still be shipping only UPS Ground. After purchasing from our secure site, your order will be shipped within 24 hours on Self Defense Products. Cameras and Surveillance equipment sometimes take a bit longer because we build them on-site.
SHIPPING IS FREE for all orders over $150.00 with UPS Ground option. You may upgrade your shipping options if you choose, but you will be charged regular shipping rates. All shipping totals are charged by destination ZIP Code.
When your item is shipped, you will recieve a UPS tracking number so you can track your package as it go's through the UPS system.
If your package is being delivered to a PO Box, it will automaticly be shipped US Mail, and you will NOT receive a tracking number, as this service is not provided by USPS.
*When paying with a credit card, your purchase will show on your statement as Supreme Defense
