This stun gun means business. Im a night security guard and I bought this myself. My job wouldnt supply anything beyond a radio. Feel a lot safer now. There is also a light available on this baton that can come in handy.Rating

Tried it out this morning when it arrived. Very loud, very impressive. A couple of my friends were there and the alarm alone will make someone stop in their tracks. I love the telescopic action, jumps out and then you have this terrifying blue crackling like a bolt of lightning. This 800,000 volt stun master is great. There was also a free holster which surprised me. I must have over looked that in the description. Nice surprise.Rating

Arrived on time, which I like. Need this for work. I do security at a shipyard and patrol warehouses and overnight stay cargo. I like that the Stun Master is a flash light and a stun baton. As I work night shifts its good to know it will obscure the vision of the person you stun. NiceRating

- How effective is this baton against an assailant wearing thick clothing?
- Thick clothing does not effect a stun gun. It will penetrate the clothing. Clothing has no electrical resistance.

- How do I know when the baton needs charging? How long does the charge last?
- When you first get the stun gun, you need to charge it for 10-12 hours. When it is fully charged you should test fire it and get familiar with how it works and what it sounds like when the trigger is pulled. When the shock sounds weaker, it is time for a charge.
The charge will last a while but varies on how much you use it. If it is something you are going to carry for possible use on a daily basis, i would let it charge over night once every two weeks if you dont use it. If you do use it, charge it back up right away.
