Quick Overview

The Pool Alarm is an electronic monitoring system that automatically sounds an alarm when children or pets fall into your unsupervised pool.

The Pool Alarm is an electronic monitoring system that automatically sounds an alarm when children or pets fall into your unsupervised pool. It's portable, self-contained and light weight.

The unit is simple to operate. Entry into the pool will be detected by the Pool Alarm's electronic sensor, triggering a loud pulsating alarm at the unit and inside your house from the remote receiver.

The Pool Alarm installation is very easy. It sits on the pool deck as shown in picture. After you install the POOL ALARM, it can't be de-activated; it is always in the alarm ready mode until you put it in Sleep Mode. If someone who does not know how to put the POOL ALARM in sleep mode attempts to remove the alarm, it will sound an alarm.

The Pool Alarm comes with a remote receiver which can be mounted in your home up to 200 feet from the main unit. It comes with a 12 volt power supply. The Pool Alarm uses one 9-volt battery (not included) which should last approximately one year. There is a audible low battery indicator which will sound at the poolside alarm and the remote receiver.

  1. Pool Alarm - GREAT PRODUCT & QUALITY Review by TB
    Rating

This is a great product and I have this installed this on my summer home in Florida. My cousins were trying to sneak into the pool and BAM they got caught by the alarm and I sent them back to bed. The only thing I don't like about this product is that the batteries could last longer.

We use this for when the kids have been told they're not going in the pool as a punishment, there's no getting away from it, they go in alarm goes off, they were testing it for about half an hour, is there any way in the pool without the Pool Alarm going off.Nope!! Great device.

    • How easy is it to install ?
    • Their is no real installation. You just place it on the edge on the deck or railing and make sure it reaches the water. Set it and walk away. Thats all.

    • My pool is 15’ by 40’. Can one detector cover my pool?
    • Yes one alarm will cover most pools. If you have a gravely over-sized pool, I would suggest possibly adding a second... But for 99% of pools, one is all you need.

    • I have a pool and a spa. Do I need 2?
    • Depends on if each has their own water or share. If they share and there is enough shared space that if someone jumps in the pool, the water is the spa will ripple or move then you only need one.
